Eon Applications, Inc., is a Texas corporation (“EON”), the owner and operator of the applicant tracking, talent acquisition software system called AcquireTM (the “Application”) found at AcquireTM.com (the “Website”). The Application is used by companies to post job openings, collect potential applicant information, track such applicants through the job hiring process.
The Application is accessed and used by two distinctly different types of users: companies that post job openings through Application and review and hire candidates who apply for those job openings (“Corporate Users”); and candidates for those job openings who use the Application to apply for them (“Applicants”).
